Before entering to class:
- Participants are advised to retain a copy of the payment receipt and needs to be given to your instructor when you attend your first day of class.
Terms and Conditions:
- All registrations must be accompanied by payment.
- Fees paid for a specific course is NOT transferable from one course to another.
- Fees paid are NOT refundable.
- No cancellations are allowed. However, replacements should be notified to the instructor of the programme three (3) days prior to the class.
- Payment must be received at least one (1) weeks prior to the commencement date of the programme.
- Certificate of completion would be issued to attendees of the programme upon 100% attendance and completion of the Programme Evaluation Form (online).
- UCSI University reserves the right to cancel or postpone, make any amendments and/or changes to the programme if warranted by circumstances beyond their control.
- Personal data collected will be protected in accordance to Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
